One of the worst managers around! How he continues to get a job is beyond me.

After he got a cabbage thrown at him before the game started. Wonder what they will throw at Maureen?

Someone threw Stan Collymore at him? No wonder he got the sack.

Next in line are Warnock and Hughes at around 6/1.

It has to be Pogba or Mo to go.
Tough one for the Glaziers. They will follow the money. So Pogba to stay, Mo to go.
Hope I am wrong - Mo looks like he has not got it anymore and he would burn another fortune of Rags money on failure.

I think the performance will speak over the money on this one.

Financially speaking, getting rid of Pogba makes you money, getting rid of Maureen costs you money. If it was just about the money, that's a no-brainer.

However selling a trouble maker of a player doesn't explain why 10 other professionals aren't performing.

Steve Bruce is a big hero with his mates in the media, one of those pundit favourites. Where their old mates are concerned they have a real blind spot which goes along the lines of:

1) "You can't keep changing manager, look at Forest/Leeds" (and City of course once) - well, yes you bloody well can if they aren't doing it. Keep changing, within reason, until you get the blend that works. 2 years is plenty enough to show whether you have got it or not
2) Treating tens of thousands of fans like idiots - what they see in front of them doesn't matter, they haven't played the game (well we have actually and watched one hell of a lot whilst you guys were running about blind on a football field) - poor old Brucie deserves more time, cue list of excuses

Makes me sick

There could be a vacancy at the swamp soon that would suit him.

Ideal man for the job. Or Steve MacLaren?

Has a manager ever been sacked mid match?

Not beyond the realm of possibility

I wouldnt be surprised if Bayern sack Kovacs before December if this run of form continues. If Im Zidane id rather go to Bayern than United; Woodward is a clown.

The Madrid manager won’t be answering his phone if his chairman rings this weekend either

Surely Beneitez could be next to be on his way? - I know Ashley’s more interested in failing businesses than splashing the cash of players, but the excuse that they park the bus or capitulate like they did in the second half against the rags, must put a big question mark about if Rafa shouldn’t go.

Rafa will walk - he's been on the point of it since August - before Ashley sacks him. Who is Ashley going to turn to if he kicks out Rafa ? Who will work for him ?

Oh wait., I just remembered . . . . cabbage man

Just heard he’s been sacked.

Damn shame, great manager, could’ve had them finish as high as 11th. Heady days for them lot.
