On the money
At the risk of being churlish, as far as Stuart is concerned this is a case of better late than never. With the CAS decision in our favour, the league virtually sewn up and odds on for the other trophies he now feels it's safe to creep out from behind the bushes and give us a cheer. Where was he when Martin Samuel was doing a passable version of Custer's Last Stand with the cartel baying for our total annihilation? Let's see who emerges from undergrowth to join him in the coming weeks.
Stu has been fighting our corner all the way on this

It's unusual admittedly but I think on this occasion you are being too kind fibj. That opinion piece you cite was almost the last we saw of him until after CAS judgement - in the intervening period Samuel was a lone mainstream media voice exposing the cartel's aim to completely destroy City. MUEN's total failure to support us in that battle was as predictable as it was disgusting, maybe Brennan was an internal casualty though - doubt he would have survived if the verdict had gone the other way.
I follow him on Twitter, there's nothing unusual about that article, it's consistent with how he reported on this whole affair.

Yes. Could all end very well. Scouse did not get to walk around giving it large on match days and all those who bought their replica shirts with the gold badge are going to look shite when the blue shirts have them on next season

With the media down playing our season, what is the reason, pep mentions it after the Foden no pen we are on our own we get nothing on the pitch, I think we are team with the biggest lead in any league, but no way are we getting any credit. SKY Sunday morning went with Wales beating Italy, wtf they would win that with 10 men. Golf and Lee Westwood, Arsenal v José, Norwich at Sheffield Wed, Wilder out at at he blades and then City v Fulham was almost last on goals on Sunday, would they have done that with the scousers?

Reading on the beeb gossip page that scouse are due to pay 12M to wovesin the summer as part of the Jota transfer. I thought all local deals had to be paid up frint and not via catalogue terms. Must be to aid the furlough payments

Brennan has wrote a story on the MUEN that Pep has said this is the worst City team he’s had, and pretty much lead with that headline.
That’s not at all what Pep said, he’s basically saying we’ve won nothing yet this season.
A reminder that Brennan is a rag.

Think he was trying to soothe some ruffled red feathers after his last piece - or to be generous maybe his sub was.

He’s 41 years old and from Nottingham therefore highly likely that he supports them because they were doing what we're doing now, the only difference being that there were no financial restrictions then. Reeks of glory hunter that doesn't like it when glory now means winning a derby.
Balotelli......that's a brilliant finish.

It just became white noise when he started repeating himself. All that was missing was tears.
