Maureen is doing what he does best, looking out for himself. With 'heritage' he's talking recent history to be proud of and what have the Rags had to be proud of apart from his recent 'Treble' that got them back in the PL. Basically he's saying he's brought them something, without him they're fuck all.
On this point, I have to agree.
In the words of my Old Man, "Life will never be the same without Man City, so get it in while you can".

not willing to deminish anyone bringing up fun... i hail each and every post in this and the AG7's thread in fact.... but Mourinho putting the Mourinho ent. ahead his employers, where's the news?
1. "unintelligible language"
2. "ACID QUEEN"
3. "never once fails to turn a football thread into a himseelf thread"
4. "thumbs stalker often resulting in repetitive thumb strain"
5. ignore the cunt. he's on permantent wum mission. only TIDs may know City
You'd need to make a very good psychiatrist in order to guess what next in a eight yrs long line of hatred...
In Roger Ailes/Donnie Drumpf's words: "don't know it for a fact, but many people say so..."
there must be some truth, then!

That's where I'm at as well. You don't even have to have sky blue tinted specs on to know the difference in quality between us and Trafford Utd. Liverpool's forward line is the only thing in the Premier League to come anywhere close to ours and even that is a poor second (just look at any meaningful stats if first hand evidence isn't enough) - and their midfield and defence are terrible.

"I think if we get behind those players, give them love, you wouldn't know how much that will help them, how much that would boost their confidence." said Raheem Sterling.

To be fair when I saw him saying it I did wonder if it was a veiled way of saying stop booing me.
I've not heard fans booing any others.

If he’s getting booed why’s he bothering? He’s got all the talent in the world - Raza is probably their best player and he’s getting shit. Why put himself through that? Just retire from international football man. Fuck me if I were a footballer 100% I would choose not to play international football. It’s a joke. He could be having a good rest now, going getting a fresh fade, looking at pics of Kola on the internet, chillin with the boys - but he’s choosing to go and get abuse? For a team where he’ll never win ANYTHING! Why?

Can't imagine this went down too well with the bin dippers when they heard it...
"I had a rough year; I think it was the first year at City. You know I'd just moved to a big club with a big transfer fee, there was a lot of talk, a lot of pressure."

Have Wigan been fined for the pitch invasion ?
Did Rashford get a retrospective yellow card for running into the dregs at the swamp ?
seemed to have miss these decisions in the media recently.
