The rag journo even includes two titles that were stripped and mentions two major european trophies, when the guy hasn't won a single one.

It reads like an excited rag '99r stayed up late last night in his eric cantona pjs, typing wildly on his pc... especially the bit at the end where he tells City to "deal with it", or something similar... that really is the cherry on the shit cake.

There's a rag weirdo who comes on here under a different username and then gets banned because he gets too excited and blows his cover if we go a goal down early on....

I'm starting to think he might be this journo.

By the way that guy's current username is Philng65 (presuming it's a reference to the chuckle brothers). Have a look at his posts to date. He is one lonely boy.

zlatan did come out with this gem though....

"I will stop on top. If I don't perform, I will not play. I will not be like others, still playing because they are who they are. I will play as long as I can bring results."

wonder who he could have been referring to?!

Strange how the headline doesn't include all the teams interested...

The odds against Man City's tough cup draws are absolutely ridiculous

The chances of Manchester City getting NINE consecutive tough away draws in the domestic cup competitions was a staggering one in 100,000!

And that means the odds of them being so unlucky are – according to bookies Betfred – about the same as Donald Trump walking on Mars.

Mind you, Donny Trumpety thinks he walks on water, so walking on Mars would be a piece of cake for him.

"High-flying", "In form". They're talking about Huddersfield

"Grateful for a second crack". They're talking about Manchester City.

Some years ago in a Parliamentary bye election, somewhere or other, I remember reading through the list of candidates and seeing an independent one standing and naming himself the "Reclassify the Sun as a comic party". It really made me chuckle at the time, as it seemed the great British eccentric was alive and well and happily tilting at windmills.

Today, with all the dreary drivel and bile that the Daily Fail Group churns out, this odious publication emporium needs to be reclassified as something else, although I'm not quite sure what exactly. The one thing that is certain, however, is that it most definitely isn't a responsible and principled newspaper (if such a thing exists anymore).

It's demise into oblivion can't come soon enough.
