The funny thing is he's had this tattoo all season but his socks covered it so no one was aware until the Sun highlighted it on the eve of the World Cup.

He likely had it done last summer to allow for healing before training started again, that's probably why it isn't finished, he'll get the rest done this summer in his downtime.
