I don't agree, I think he's been consistently good. That said I'd rather Laporte was fit or we had another centre back. I think we should give Garcia minutes but I can't think of a bad game Fern has played. Enlighten me.

I don't think these pricks understand as fans we don't give a flying fuck about the Champions League! We've literally won every major domestic trophy in one season - most of us thought we wouldn't see City win one trophy in our lifetime!!
Don't get what this obsession is in the media with the Champions League. It's a cup competition!

Don't normally watch other CL games but I do remember last season (or it may have been the year before) I watched the start of Barcelona v maybe Juve at Camp Nou. The booing during the UEFA anthem was deafening, puts ours to shame.
Any mention by commentators or media?

Just because you don't make a mistake doesn't mean you have played well.
I think it does in the case of centre backs, and it certainly does in the case of our centre backs ATM.

It doesn't. Against Watford we won 8-0. Did our CBs have anything to do that day. Would anyone see that and say "the CBs played well!"
