Shit defence and no strikers. Other than than movement is alright. Madrids big boys vs out third choice defense. Not much surprise.

Very 'special', these plastic dippers (almost as good as the real thing).

Pre season game or not what good comes from getting a whacking from Real Madrid. I just hope Humphreys doesn't lose too much confidence from this. Lucky penalty but we'll take it.

I hope Madrid make a lot of changes. This reminds me of the Charity Shield game v Arsenal. There is no proper shape to our team when we don't have the ball and nothing has been done to fix that.

As long as its not one of those 4 week hamstrings that turns into a season long thing where its 4 weeks off 20 mins playtime then reinjured:-)

Our midfield looked much better balanced before he went off. I hope it's only a four week injury, because I think Delph definitely has a role to play in our team this season.

Mangala injury concern so not in squad. We are playing the only 2 central defenders we have available and they havent really been the issue here. I would more likely put the goals down to Nasri messing up in midfield ( delph might not have) Joe not saving a weak shot, Aleks playing them onside for no.2 and Fernando losing his man for 3.

Defensively poor of course but overall playing ok.

Im not worried about the midfield right now , its the fuckign defence that needs attention.
When is the penny going to drop re Kolorov with Pellegrini???..we call Yaya lazy but Kolorov takes the biscuit.
2 of the most laziest smashes at a ball from a few yards out with time to pick his pass and he fucks it.

Shocking.

Kolarov gets most of the blame for me for being the only 1st choiceish player in defence and being the biggest liability

promising from sterling though.. want to see Nacho come on and get a goal
