According to Marca, we've offered 30M Euro + 2M in add ons, I'd love it, love it if we snatched him from under their noses.

No we have not offered anything yet, not according the story in the link you have given ... have you even read the story?

He was a moody fucker but what he could do with the ball at his feet. An absolute joy to watch.
