Well, week 2 descends on us swift time and first up we have Villa v Rags. The Rags opened the season and now open the Friday night football; anybody would think they're a big pull for Sky Sports! And to prove that, SSN have just shown the Rag team before the Villa one, which shows where their loyalties lie.
However, Villa, like the Rags, also took all 3 points in quite a decent win against Bournemouth, one which they could've slipped up on. 5th against 7th, this could be a close one for the Europa spots ;-)
Anyway, hope the scum get fucking tonked, but I'm not sure after their last outing.
Other games this weekend:
Fri 14 Aug 15
Villa v Scum
Sat 15 Aug
Southampton v Everton 12:45
Sunderland v Norwich 15:00
Swansea v Newcastle 15:00
Tottenham v Stoke 15:00
Watford v West Brom 15:00
West Ham v Leicester 15:00
Sun 16 Aug
Crystal Palace v Arsenal 13:30
Man City v Maureen 16:00
Mon 17 Aug
Liverpool v Bournemouth 20:00
Don't forget your FFT and Predictors, I've given you a head start but it won't last long.

Anybody watching the pre-match? Am I wrong in thinking that this is a Rag wankfest to keep the fuckers tuning in?
Since I've tuned in we've had a montage which tried to include every one of Wiggy's goals in the last 2 years and then an interview with the Pig Fucker.
I wonder what's next?

Probably a twenty minute clip extolling the virtues of Giggs, saying he is a living legend and the embodiment of the rags having been with the club since he was born, yadda yadda yadda.
Then they will mention there's a game on tonight and blame the weather for a Villa win

Still not mentioned Villa yet and extolling the rights of the Rags to not be challenging, after spending so much. Good to see Yorke saying they should be, even though Redknapp and Souness are giving them an excuse.
Well, maybe not an excuse, more of bad management with their money and De Gea. I wonder if that was in the script?
Villa up next, surely a 2 minute compo which leads into the fact that they haven't beat the Rags in a million years. Queue the Rag wankfest again.

*shock*And you didn't think Wiggy with a contentious penalty/freekick?
Feck, they could be top of the league tonight. God help us!

Richards looks solid in defending, but is struggling in his build-up. He's put his fullback in a spot of bother on quite a few occasions.

I think that's the tactics, they always have somebody back to cover.

the scum look shit ... they'll trudge through and eek by wins somehow though. Spineless opposition most of the time. Infuriating. We're still everyone's cup final and United are a team to lay down for ... apparently.
