It's looking increasingly obvious that certain media outlets (sky are the worst IMO) are blatantly catering to the bigger fan bases. As a money making organisation that's probably good practice. But it's fucking annoying!

So what's the Beeb's excuse? I accept it from S*y as they have advertising to sell but why do the Beeb do it?

The Been have definitely gone down the commercial route and to prove that you just have to click onto their pages from abroad to see all the advertisements in their pages.

Even though still public sector, they need to compete to show they're still relevant.

The cunts!

Gary Lineker has told the press that City have the best chance of any English team, to progress the furthest, in the Champions League:
http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/ ... no-6441348?

Sky Sport has shared these very encouraging City stats, on their website:

City have kept six successive clean sheets in league competition for the first time.

This game ended a run of seven consecutive Premier League wins by 2+ goals for Man City.

Manchester City are now already 11 points clear of Chelsea in the table.

Kelechi Iheanacho is the 125th player to score for Manchester City in the Premier League.

Iheanacho (18y 344d) is the third youngest player to score for City in the Premier League after Micah Richards and Daniel Sturridge.

Man City have won their opening five games of a top-flight season for only the second time (after 1912/13).

City have now won 11 consecutive Premier League games. Only Arsenal (14) and Man Utd (12) have ever had longer winning streaks in the division.

Man City are only the fourth team to open an English top-flight season with 5 clean sheets (along with Man Utd 97/98, Chelsea 05/06 and Portsmouth 06/07).

... Yes, the curse of Harry Redknapp... However, if Portsmouth hadn't suffered that terrible fate, City might not have had the great fortune to appoint Brian Kidd, in 2009!

I wish I had a Shearer cam live while the match was going on - his face for every goal would have been priceless.

Extraordinary wasn't it, he's hurting the bitter old twat but as a pundit he needs to be more grown up about things.

The bbc have a responsibility here of course however and I always harp on about this but its the same rag loving bbc that gave best a lifetime achievement award and are now going to screen a family documentary about life with the rooneys. I wonder if they will include a bit about the alleged shagging of granny prostitutes? Clearly a fundamental part of modern family life. Give me strength!

I hate shearer with a passion.
I don't say this lightly... He is a cunt. There I've said it and it feels good. He is called a pundit and all of his calls were wrong. Bastard !

KDB is a bit of a perfectionist, he said "As for the goal, I didn’t hit it perfectly but it went in so it doesn’t matter!"
It is a tremendous skill to take the volley over his shoulder like that.

No professional tries to hit a football like that, tbf.

Just enjoy a brilliant win with some magnificent goals, who really gives a fuck what Alan Shearer thinks.
