Just listening to 2 Rags sat next to me moaning about the "Missed opportunities" and unlucky to "Drop points at home!". But then the best comment yet "If we hadn't dropped all those points at home we would be top of the league now"

I was going to chirp up, but if they are that stupid I didn't see the point

Loss away from home, draw at home. The Rags have pulled it off, just about through to the League Cup final (helped by the ref again) and consolidating that Europa place.

Well done cunt-holes!

All this against real relegation contenders.

Should have been worse with Markovic hitting the post late on with a clever effort with De Gea nowhere near it. Jammy fuckers!

Then the ball across the top that if he'd took down would have been free on goal.

Hull had chances, unlucky to leave with a draw ;-)

Was that the one Hernandez should have put his forehead to knock the ball over the top into his path for a clear run on goal instead of heading it up in the air mate? Was fucking fuming at that one. Brought back memories of Adrian Heath at his best!!

That brings back memories that were well forgotten.

http://www.skysports.com/football/news/ ... -increases

Scum's debt up 27% to 409 million, despite a 40% increase in TV revenue.

Woodward blames it on brexit.

I blame it on them being cnuts.

It'll be lovely when they don't qualify for the CL gravy train again.

It says matchday revenues are up 27%, which seems a bit dubious, unless they've had a huge increase in season ticket prices which the media somehow failed to pick up and criticise them over it.......or am I missing something ??

Moreover the new valuation of 'Pigshed', at £4.8 million, seems highly optimistic.

I think UEFA ought to critically scrutinise these returns, with regard to FFP compliance.

An accounting trick something to do with them being an American club listed in New York possibly?

The latest rags email flyer says they are retaining season ticket prices for the next season. They claim the prices have been frozen for four years now. Very strange ,match day (dubious , out of sell by date) meat pie prices must have rocketed .

It's probably down to all the extra shirts they sell with Ibrahimovic on the back. They obviously charge per letter.

It's really bizarre that they should be up 27% on matchday.

Given that ticket prices are even there are maybe 3 possibilities:

1) More home matches in the relevant period
2) An outbreak of enthusiasm on the arrival of Maureen after the dire Moyes and the double-dire Van Gaal, - people with STs actually turning up instead of just being counted, and buying more pies
3) Players signed who people had heard of, more shirts etc

Probably charging more for general sale (none season ticket,) and away team tickets.
