You are right. I was just surmising that £150M was for just for squad players. To get decent replacements at a level that we are already at will be easily £50M+ a player

Ha Ha, I saw that one the poster is labeled either "staff" or "moderator", I think it was "staff" as in works for the rags.

Any chance we can just have 2 separate threads for the Rags and Dippers so that I can hate them twice as much?

Imagine calling City classless for using the phrase "park the bus" in a documentary, when your own team sang "why don't City fuck off home" all night whilst filming it after winning the Uefa Cup

He didn't get the nickname of PEG for no reason, that was obviously real class.

I know we've got the Other Games Thread but fuck me, what was that shit they dished out today? Was driving back home so had it on 5Live and even the commentators sounded embarrassed, especially at the end when they got the dodgy penalty.

They also came out with a a strange statement as well, talking about the phone-in. They stated that they welcomed callers for their interviews with Rag manager and players but totally omitted to mention anything Brighton. And we think we're hard done by, poor Brighton didn't even get a mention!

Anyway, MotD calls. Belly laughs coming up.

Oh what a day ;-)

Enjoyed that first game on MiotD but what's this where Ince states, without recourse, that The Donut Thief is the best keeper in the world? I've heard this twice now and it seems to be accepted from the UK media. Is this a new PR thing from Rag Central because I don't believe a word of it?

Just read that he has conceded ten goals from the last 14 shots on target. Thats's nearly as bad as Bravo at his worst.

Did you see his 'Ederson-sque' long kick attempt to the middle, it went pear shaped and lead to the 3rd goal (penalty)

The last time the rags won a match by 5 or more goals was August 2011.

Since then Manchester City have done it 21 times...

Funny, but alternative facts.

Utd actually:

27.11.2013 Bayer 04 Leverkusen 0:5 (Champions League, under Moyes no less. Leverkusen should be ashamed)
18.03.2012 Wolverhampton Wanderers 0:5 (Premier League)

City (PL only since March 18, 2012):

14.04.2012 Norwich City 1:6
17.11.2012 Aston Villa 5:0
02.11.2013 Norwich City 7:0
24.11.2013 Tottenham Hotspur 6:0
22.03.2014 Fulham FC 5:0
21.02.2015 Newcastle United 5:0
10.05.2015 Queens Park Rangers 6:0
03.10.2015 Newcastle United 6:1
06.05.2017 Crystal Palace 5:0
21.05.2017 Watford FC 0:5
09.09.2017 Liverpool FC 5:0
16.09.2017 Watford FC 0:6
23.09.2017 Crystal Palace 5:0
14.10.2017 Stoke City 7:2
22.04.2018 Swansea City 5:0
19.08.2018 Huddersfield Town 6:1

City (all competitions since November 27, 2013):

08.01.2014 West Ham United 6:0 (EFL Cup)
15.01.2014 Blackburn Rovers 5:0 (FA Cup)
22.03.2014 Fulham FC 5:0 (League)
24.09.2014 Sheffield Wednesday 7:0 (EFL Cup)
21.02.2015 Newcastle United 5:0 (League)
10.05.2015 Queens Park Rangers 6:0 (League)
03.10.2015 Newcastle United 6:1 (League)
16.08.2016 FCS Bucharest 0:5 (Champions League)
06.01.2017 West Ham United 0:5 (FA Cup)
06.05.2017 Crystal Palace 5:0 (League)
21.05.2017 Watford FC 0:5 (League)
09.09.2017 Liverpool FC 5:0 (League)
16.09.2017 Watford FC 0:6 (League)
23.09.2017 Crystal Palace 5:0 (League)
14.10.2017 Stoke City 7:2 (League)
22.04.2018 Swansea City 5:0 (League)
19.08.2018 Huddersfield Town 6:1 (League)

So only the 16 in the Premier League and 17 across all competitions then since the respective Utd result.
