Out of Europa too now. Real Sociedad, top of La Liga and David Silva flying.

Wish he was still with us, instead of that shower of shite we saw the other day.

Not sure what we’re laughing at, just seen this headline for a MEN article and it looks like the Rags are now on the ascendancy while we are further in decline.

The signs of Manchester United Premier League progression while Man City regress

So I said to the wife, what should I do with all this bubble wrap.
She said pop it over there in the corner.
Took me four hours.

The plug should be pulled on the Twitters servers for good. Ditto Facebook.

The other day this bloke said if I didn't shut up he was gonna hit me with the neck of his guitar. I said, "is that a fret?!"

Picked up a hitchhiker. Seemed like a nice guy. After a few miles he asked me if I wasn’t afraid that he might be a serial killer. I told him absolutely not - that the odds of two serial killers being in the same car were extremely unlikely!

As somebody mentioned, influencers in full effect. Sky cannot have the PL brand tarnished, everything possible will be done to carpet over the reputation of certain clubs.

Narrative has changed with Neville. I wonder when will Keane be told to follow.

Going from: 'these players will throw Ole under the bus' (Keane more than once) and
Neville 'I think a couple of years ago I said quite publicly at times there was a team I didn't like watching wearing those red shirt'

now from Neville: 'What Manchester United have is a lot of match-winners - Edinson Cavani, Anthony Martial, Daniel James, Mason Greenwood, Bruno Fernandes, Paul Pogba, Marcus Rashford... Game-changers.'

To which I say, it is amazing how good a manager VAR is

Derby have just appointed Rooney as "permanent" manager. Why?

Maybe the same readon as Lampard in that they think it will carry favour at the swamp and they can pick up some of the kids on loan?

Cannot see this working, he's not the brightest kid and I imagine it will be difficult for him to get his ideas across without crayons

Maybe they think he still curries favour with officials as he used to get away with murder as a player

A quite baffling appointment and one they will regret in a year or so. But most of the EFL clubs seem to change their managers with alacrity and very few of them have my sympathy with the issues they face due to Covid-19.
