I can see things getting toxic between those two next season, and in the final analysis it'll amount to which of them would cost the least to get rid of . Pog cost 90 mill , and they'll have to pay Jose , and his staff, I don't know how many millions to go away (having just signed his extension a few weeks ago).
Also , Sanchez is on 20 odd mill a season and equally part of the witches brew. Something could get pretty rotten in the state of Swampland. . . it could just turn out even better than a particularly gory episode of "I, Claudius".
The only thing more entertaining will be our football.

Eloquently put dear boy!

I'll have to rob the last part for my sig :P

I was rather amused by this response to one of the Yaya to the rags bollox articles.

"Good signing for United. Would speed up their tempo."

For once it's not their fault.

This is exactly what is wrong with UEFA.

At least next years final , when we play it is in Madrid and is a footy stadium.

And 2020s has just been allocated to Istanbul again. Apparently it’s miles from anywhere. Just don’t understand why it would go east of Germany. Most finalists will be from the big five leagues of Spain, Germany, Italy, England and France so surely it would make sense to have the final in Western Europe where travel and accommodation is easy and plentiful.

He has a point about playing 30-odd meaningless matches while waiting for the Champions' League, but the question should probably be "why would players [in their prime] leave England?"

Quite simple, its much easier to pad contracts in countries that are still developing and/or controlled by dictatorships.
