I agree, some players are like that.

I'm loving pep taking him out of games early and the odd one on the bench too. When he avoids injury he's the best in the prem. I've given pep some stick for some of his decisions, but he's getting this one right so far.

only ONE to go for TOTAL LEGEND status, if my memory and maths are not mistaken. what else is to be said in a remarkably short spell of seasons.

I think he's adapted well to Pep's playing style after probably being doubted he could adapt by everyone including Pep

Youre so right, my friend.
I was one of the few who feared that Kun could not adjust, even maybe being slightly detrimental to the fluid flowing of our front game.
as posted in the match thread, Pep deserves significant credit on such a rebirth.

I'm not being funny but I'm not sure Pep deserves much credit in this matter. Sergio has always been awesome.

on scoring goals, undoubtably, Piccs.
opinions vary and I know that isn't the most trendy of all.

I think Pep has had a hugely positive impact on him. Sergio looks faster, fitter, sharper and just all round better than 2 years ago.

He's looking a much more rounded player under Pep - he was a bit tunnel-visioned before (I'm loving the assists as much as his goals this season).

Same amount of league assists as the whole of last season already.

Not even recognizable compared to under Pellegrini. Apart from the goals, obviously. Mendy adverted to the fact Aguero let Sterling take the pen against Watford and what a positive impact that had on the squad. He's been far more industrious, team-orientated and still knocking them in for fun since about 10 games from the end of last season.

I'm not sure how many assists he has compared to other seasons but it certainly feels like he's more of a team player right now.

One thing I observed was that he seems to be dribbling a bit more this season. He not only scored that Super goal vs Watford but he had almost 2-3 mazy runs yesterday as well. Imo with our improved possession play and the rest of the team also taking responsibility for the scoring, he is playing with a lot more freedom.
