I'm guessing the opposite linesman gave the call to the ref.

1st lino didn't flag and ref wasn't looking so must have been someone else. Can 4th official call fouls?

I believe all the officials can call the foul but, as would be usual, the ref didn't look over to any of the other officials, especially backwards.

We've seen already this season with Taylor and Mason that instructions are coming through their ear pieces, they couldn't make it any less obvious.

However I think Swarbrick saw this, good peripheral vision.

Great call whichever way, just found it strange that at halftime, RatBoy and ScouseCunt were arguing that there's no way he could've called it, basically saying the goal should've stood!

If you want to see how a ref can 'influence' a game have a look at Ireland Vs. France yesterday.
Nigel Owens has close ties to Ireland and earns a lot of money in Ireland from motivational talks, etc...

The Irish supporters I was watching the game with are rugby heads and they called this out before the match.
They said if the game is close the ref will swing it Ireland's way with key decisions.
They called it correctly. The key decisions, the ones that really mattered, went Ireland's way.
Just look at the penalty kick Ireland got to seal the win - a joke of a call - the Irish supporters reckoned that Nigel should have got MOTM.
Any decisions France got where in positions where they could not hurt Ireland.

This is what is happening to us week after week.
We have to be far superior to the opposition to win.
The Rags just need to show up, they are in 6th, their true position is a lot lower than that.
