Klopp or flop?

The media have already appointed Jurgen Klopp as manager of the dippers. So what style will he play and how will we fare against them?

He has previously gone with heavy use of the full backs up the flanks and pressing high up the field. How will this work with the current squad? What changes will he need to make and who will be available in January?

Ithink Klopp (if he signs) will make the dippers more competitive in the league, but with the current squad he will struggle. IMO he will need some time to get the right players of the right quality to impose his style. How long will he be given?

How will they fare against City? Against us I think it will play into our hands. We can do the same but better. It does promise some high scoring, end to end clashes. What do you think?

I'm sad to see Klopp going there as I like the bloke and I just fear he will either become a cunt like their club or that he will be a hit and bring them success again.

Lose-lose scenario for me. Until it's official I still have fingers crossed they'll sign fat Sam.

Nothing will happen overnight though, thi still need to strengthen their team a lot to really challenge.

Klopp will be an interesting one to watch. He is a character alright and I hope he puts one on Maureen nose.

He will.probably go on to win LMA manager of the year. But he needs to be very careful if that happens.

2010 Roy Hodgson - LMA manager of the year
2011 Roy Hodgson sacked by Liverpool
2014 Brendan Rodgers - LMA manager of the year
2015 Brendan Rodgers sacked by Liverpool

Juergen Klopp wants the Bayern job.

Obviously Bayern would prefer a German manager too. ( future).

It is only a matter of time.

Taking on Scouse 2, no Champions league for the conceivable future, even lower league doldrums is beckoning, makes no sense.

Why on earth would he go there? He is getting enough from TV adverts at the moment to tidy him over.

With Bayern he has the chance to enhance his resume, in the event he might go somewhere good , you know , one that doesn't live on very old 'istry ....

He'd be a nutter to go to Scouse2.

Btw have Scouse 2 actually started building their dream 'stand' or is it still a pipe dream ? I have the sneaky feeling the Bostonians might not see it through.

Ill be disappointed if he goes there and a bit surprised.

They will have to be offering massive wages and transfer control surely. Pool/He must think he can keep/lure their beat/top players unlike their previous managers. It may be possible but I dunno. I know the media will want to say liverpool are the dortmund of the prem so he will fit in. I remeber someone saying that over the summer when asking if he would come to city.

He may miss replacing pep at bayern if he takes this gig.

I like the way everyone in the media and connected with murderpool is assuming there is no way he could possibly turn them down.

I would imagine he would want a say in transfers, any manager does, so one factor would be how Liverpool would allow him to.

As for Klopp, I like the man. He's a character and a funny one at that. Wouldn't like to see him at Liverpool.

I would be very surprised if they had not got Klopp's agreement before they sacked Brenda. This business about "we are going to approach Klopp now as our number one target" is a smokescreen IMO.

That's plain and clear IMO. It's probably very minor details they're figuring out (that is if he hasn't already signed the dotted line)

I find this all very odd. I just don't see why he would be attracted to Liverpool over Bayern. A manager of that reputation surely only resigns from his club and takes a break with something very specific in mind that he's already earmarked for, and I find it hard to believe that it's not Bayern.

On the subject of him taking a break though, I also think it could have simply been a crafty move from him, as if he had another season like the last one at Dortmund, his star would have been well and truly on the wane and Liverpool would probably have been his level.

Because Liverpool are looking for a manager and Bayern might be in 6 months.

It seems unlikely that he resigned on the off chance that he could land a very tough upper/mid table job in England. He will be one of the few people who know, along with pep, exactly what is happening at Bayern at the end of the season.

Consider also the potential compensation Bayern would have had to pay Dortmund, anther potential explanation for klopp quitting, if he is being paid for this year anyway by the back door. I wouldn't put it past the slimy cunts at Munich.

All theories, perhaps all bullshit, but I just find it implausible that he quit on the off chance of the Liverpool or Spurs job coming up. If he did he's a raving fucking lunatic
