Bob was very good at changing tactics and formation mid game, he could see what wasn't working and changed it, often for the better. He done it on many occasions. The FA cup game versus the rags when we were 3 down, he nearly got it back to 3-3 by changing the team. A very good manager and excellent tactically, a man I have a lot of time for, however he had his faults as well and we can not over look that.
