Other Games This Weekend

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Other Games This Weekend

Postby Slim » Sat Oct 24, 2015 2:25 pm

Saturday 24th October
15:00 A Villa vs Swansea
15:00 Leicester vs C Palace
15:00 Norwich vs W Brom
15:00 Stoke vs Watford
15:00 West Ham vs Chelsea
17:30 Arsenal vs Everton

Watching West Ham/Chelsea at the moment and wondering how Mourinho has managed to avoid the avalanche of people asking how he still has a job.

Jose is gonna have a case when he complains about the offside goal there. That was very tight

Haha. I bet Jose is regretting recalling Matic now

Very open game which you would think would favour Chelsea, but the hammers are having their moments as well.

Goal line technology coming into play and a sliver of the ball not over the line saves West Ham.

And now Chelsea are going to play the second half with 10.

Just got back and notice Chelsea looking to be falling apart; how's Maureen taking it?

Jose is going to have a field day in the post match: rigged goal line tech, lino not afraid to give a correct offside call (for West Ham!), Matic being anti-Chelsea and sent off in the first half. It's going to be a special one!

He will have plenty of time to think of his post match comments while he hasn't got any coaching sutoes to do in the stands.
He is losing the script. :)

Jose leaves the directors box with 8 minutes to go. Not clear where he's gone to. Surely he can't decide he's seen enough.

Sherwood on the brink at 1-2.

Very good win for Watford away at Stoke. Villa lose again, I can't see Sherwood being there for longer.

Watford result makes no sense, Stoke are really putting in the yards for the "typical City" label now we're done with it. Beat Swansea away one week, lose to Watford at home the next?

Vardy scored again for Leicester, he is looking the business for top goalscorer if Aguero keeps missing games.

If Bournemouth win(big ask) they go equal on points with the champions. If they win by 3+ goals, they overtake the champions and push the champions down to 16th in the table. Oh yeah, the champions are currently in 15th.

How is this not the headline in every sports section in every paper in the UK?

We got crucified for finishing 2nd as champions but not being close enough, the rags got destroyed for being in 8th whilst being champions and ending up sacking their manager as he was constantly bombarded....with message bearing planes no less. Chelsea are in a relegation scrap a quarter way through the season and they seem to be getting all sorts of protection from the crucifixion, no doubt because Cunt Maureen is in charge.
