He'll land on his feet someplace. I'm not too worried about Agent Gollum. He's got someone's money not to spend and someone's team to make stalwart at some average level so they can punch above their weight for a bit until it ends like it ends. Which is always will end, invariably, with a whimper and not a bang.

It's tough because if you're Agent Moyes or Big Fat Sam or pick another cunt who is decidedly good at being hard to beat and/or making sure a team doesn't spend money foolishly or can beat the drop it's a fairly unglamorous life, and if you get a shot at the bigtime a la Moysie and fuck it up, whether it's through no fault of your own or not, there's really not an form of climbdown that can make it better...you're just back to that same old cunt you were before, IF you're lucky.
