I don't care how long a flight they've had. Very odd call and either brave or stupid of him.

Hope it's not a risk we'll regret.

Turned out to be stupid.

To be fair, the match against Juventus is huge, even if we are already qualified. We need to understand that it is vital for us to win the group. If we finish second, we will get Barcelona, simple.

Remember the relashionship between us and UEFA.

But there is a huge difference between saving for the next game and acting like muppets like we did yesterday.

Only Pellegrini knows why he picked that side yesterday, and he is not telling.

We were beat before kick off. Capello says a good manager adds 20% to a side. A bad manager as much as -70%.

Pellegrini in my opinion very rarely makes us a sum bigger than our parts.

It's fine to do it but he pulled back a tackle on the Brown when his pass would have given Raheem a golden chance. No advantage there.

We were terrible but the ref didn't help. The point where Sagna was actually fouled before their goal, the ref then waved advantage Liverpool, even though their was no foul given.

They make the rules up as they go along.

Just shocking all round yesterday.
Poor selection and tactics from the Chilean - again.
Poor performances from the team as both individuals and as a collective.

I just can't buy into the idea the Chilean was thinking that the Juventus game next week is more important than the Liverpool game yesterday?
After the Villa game we really can't afford to keep dropping points like this.
Southampton on Saturday is no push over either...

Personally I would always prioritise the Premier over the Boo League, but I can see the logic of those who think otherwise. We have 38 games to win the PL, but only 6 in which to get a better draw in the BL. I don't agree with it, but it has its own logic.

There were some interesting pictures of Steven Gerrard splashed all over the front of the papers that morning. A well timed distraction.

Sanga saying he wasn't mentally right to play following the Paris attacks, that is fair enough, can understand him and mangler being off form. However if he wasn't right Sat then likely he wont be right Wednesday.

I really don't think we should be looking to sacrifice 3 highly valuable home points against Liverpool for the top spot in our CL group.
If that was his thinking and we get turned over on Wednesday then he really has screwed up (again!)

I was in Malta this weekend, and feeling really pissed off about missing the game.
Seems I was the only one who got a result.
