That's generous of you Beefy.

Perhaps as bad as anything Pearce served up and given where we are at now in comparison, a truly shocking affair

I hope when I'm as old as Pellers I'm less senile.

I'm still shaking my head. I didn't say anything earlier on, stayed out of it just because of this.

It's a head scratcher.

He's shit the bed tonight. Big time. You could see trouble was coming the moment the team was announced. His failure to correct it immediately was equally poor management.

The clubs made the decision to not sell yaya after winning the league the second time. Now we are stuck with the lazy cunt, as he has to start every game

Same as the game with Villa.

We were all over them, instead he puts Jesus on instead of Nacho, when Bony got injured.

the selections were shit but Kevin and Raheem didn't exactly do anything to warrant their inclusions

Not only are his team selections poor, but we ALWAYS start slowly. Jogging away, passing around slowly and no tempo in the first half.

For those who think they don't want to comment, this isnt a thread to beraste Pellers, more of one to make opinion on what you think he is doing wrong.

I don't want him out, just get head scratching on a game like this. What was he thinking, allowing the Dippers all this airtime.

Look absolute whoppers at the moment, they were so supposed to lose remember.

I think, and hope, that this comment is made to protect his players. Admitting he should have started another player would have, indirectly, shifted blame towards that or that player.
"I used to be 6 foot 2 with curly hair, look what it's done to me"

"In my career so far it's the most important goal. You score the goal in the last minute to win the title. You're not sure if that's ever going to happen in your career again. I wish I could tell you how I did it but I can't. I thought for all the world that Mario was going to have a go himself but he just moved it on one more and it fell at my feet and I just thought: 'Hit the target, hit it as hard as you can and hit the target.' And it went in."

Fair point, I can respect that. It's not like the team were giving their all and failing because of the system I guess.

Protecting himself, nothing more. Says a lot though, that a PL game takes precedence over a CL game.

If we are to become the best team in Europe, is MP good enough? Many comments before the game as to his inadequate selection. His repeated attempts to play 2 central midfielders in Europe were found out, and yet we all spotted it before he did. He can move on for me and he can take Sterling with him. That may seem knee jerk, but if we do want to be the top dogs there is no room for scooby doo.

Agree with most. How F1 and Delph didn't start against these is mental. No tactical no how at all. :(

I think sometimes it's good to just come out and tell the truth and say "that wasn't good enough". Fuck shifting the blame to him! There were some players out there that need calling out and making sure they don't pull that again!

Many years ago I used to hear how the Rags gave up the game for winning their group in the CL. Are we really going down that line.

Demi, Mangala and Fernando must feel like they have been hung out to dry. Poor bastards.
