Well what a week that was and we haven't even kicked a ball ! Time to focus on tonight's huge game at the Emirates , the gunners and there deluded fans are making plenty of noises about hammering us tonight ? is this Arsenal side better than any other in the past 6 or 7 seasons ??? I don't think so !!! Lazy twat Ozil is suddenly an over hyped world beater ??? really ??? Giroud as good as Aguero ???? ffs !!! One thing for sure is we need to turn up tonight all guns blazing , we will concede without a doubt with our current defensive frailties but if we are at it we can score as many as we want too against absolutely anyone . I have a feeling we are going to make a statement tonight , hold on tight ...........

Arsenal 2 - 4 City

This is definitely one where Keegan's tactics are required.... like many this is the first prem game this season where i am not confident at all, i hope to god i am wrong.

I hate that dirty cheating cnut Ozil every opportunity he will demanding one of ours get sent off whilst snidely getting his digs on our players ankles. Andre Marriner is the ref and he either gives nothing either way or it's cards galore.

Obviously i want a win but would take a point, more importantly no injuries.

I ain't got a clue on what to expect tonight. Looks like Vinnie will be our only first team member to be unavailable but he is an essential component in all that we do.

On the face of it you'd look at Arsenal and say that they're on a roll but when you look at the teams they've played, there's nothing out of the ordinary. Their last 5 in the league have been Villa, Sunderland, Norwich, Brom and Spurs, only winning the first 2 and losing to Brom. Two CL wins puts a bit of gloss on their form but even those 2 were games where they should've been winning at a canter.

Our form seems very similar, not producing anything that we could generally suggest as our best football. However, our last couple of games, with players coming back, have shown us that at least we are pushing to get our game back on track. It's all whether we can pull together and get the key players pulling the strings.

I'd be happy with a draw tonight but more than anything, see a performance that bodes well going forward.

Come on you Blues!

I really expect the lads to be up for it tonight, wins in these next two games could really swing the momentum in our favour.

If we put in a decent defensive performance I don't think we'll have much difficulty brushing them aside.

Glad Sanchez and Cazorla miss out.

I expect nothing.

I would take a draw right now.

However if we win i believe we will win the league and that will be that. We are more than capable of winning but we have been for years and NEVER do it there so....

We are too fragile at the back to be favorites for any match. Every game feels like a coinflip. Oppo will get 3-4 clear cut chances. If they take them they win. If we dont score 2-3 they win. If we are lucky and they miss and we score we win.
