Is City a social media and a marketing GIANT?

I was looking on a totally opposite from football internet site and on the corner of my eye, I saw the video from above with a huge (at his time) rap artist, Ice Cube and a Hollywood star at the moment, Kevin Hart, visiting City.

A bit over the top, but quite a funny video.

Aside from this, we can see or read almost every week some amazing marketing or social media deal or stunt that City did. Our club won the UEFA best football team site two years in a row now, while our name becomes bigger and bigger in Japan, China, Koreea, India, Qatar, UAE, etc?

Are we on the point of becoming as big as Real, Barcelona?

Yes in about 20 years I'd we continue on the same trajectory and land a few of those European trophies.

Much less mate...id say 10 at the most.

In 2008 we were nothing in the world of football......less than 8 years later we are the 6th best financially generating football team in the world, with the best facilities - not even arguably.

Our marketing and social departments will get us where we want to go - our football team will get us there much quicker.

We had better content when Mario, Micah, Nigel, and Lescott were a part of the team. Not as good players as we have now, but more charismatic and better for online videos

Better for fans yes perhaps however would they wouldn't get non fans to pick an interest in City. Using famous people like this would get people not normally into football to take notice. Fans of Kevin Hart might support us for example. It's like when you hear of somebody supporting a foreign team when there favourite player from there fave team moves abroad they follow the team he goes to also because they like that individual. It's all to raise awareness and get us new fans and more income.

I get what you're saying. But without Mario we're currently missing out on the delinquent youth demographic. Need to sign an unpredictable (mental) showboat type player asap or we risk losing 1000's of chav fans worldwide. Maybe a White Lightning endorsement/co-promotion?

I actually find him annoying, but looks like he is everything now.

His stand up used to be funny. Now I agree 100%, and have for a while.
