I heard the dirty bin-dipping, rat eating thieves booing from where I was sat when he went off. Reminded me of when I was at Anfield a few seasons ago and the red dippers booed Yaya when he got taken off. Classless scumbags the lot of them - red or blue, makes no difference

I believe last season we saw Nasri look like he was going to be out forever just when we were getting into gear, and ended up being not quite as bad as first thought. It was still 6-8 weeks or something like that.

Doubt we will se Nasri before April and that's if he does play again this season.

But De Bruyne has been carefully monitoring his physiological readings after every game and says it is not an issue.

“At this moment I feel fit - physically I have no problems,” he said.

“As for injuries, I have had no problems for the last three or four years. Physically, I have always been in order. Hopefully it stays that way.

“I see my stats after each games and they remain at the same level. I have not suffered from fatigue and could play every game.”

I knew DeBruyne jinxed himself when I read these comments in M.E.N.

his foot got stuck in the ground. so unlucky.

hopefully he's not out for awhile. mean even fewer players to rotate during this massive stretch of matches.

He should be banned in my opinion. He's tried to drag a player up that's clearly injured. Say what you want about Keane, but if we had a player like that for us who smashed Robles when we played them next in a revenge challenge I wouldn't bat an eye lid.

Cheers those of you who answered my question! Here's hoping.
"I used to be 6 foot 2 with curly hair, look what it's done to me"

"In my career so far it's the most important goal. You score the goal in the last minute to win the title. You're not sure if that's ever going to happen in your career again. I wish I could tell you how I did it but I can't. I thought for all the world that Mario was going to have a go himself but he just moved it on one more and it fell at my feet and I just thought: 'Hit the target, hit it as hard as you can and hit the target.' And it went in."

I think it was a normal reaction mate. I did have a little chuckle when we started dishing up our own timewasting toward the end, in response to theirs which started on 46 minutes - it's all part of that.

Good of Robles to apologise as most people would just bury their head and lie low until the next match after losing a semi.

A mild MCL injury or grade one sprain should take 3 to 6 weeks to make a full recover.
A more severe grade 2 or grade 3 injury may take 8 to 12 weeks.

Here's hoping its the first one and he can get fit for the final,if only Nasri was bloody fit.

He was off balance stretching for the ball, the little nudge from Mori was just enough to make him fall, yes.

If you watch the replays, Funes Mori pulled him back by his shoulder whilst he was off balance. Unfortunately his foot was jammed against the defenders foot, so could not slide from beneath him & he ended up folding his knee to the maximum, no doubt stretching the ligaments to the maximum as a consequence

46mins?
They were time wasting from the very first moments of the game.
At half time he added one minute, which was just the encouragement they needed to ramp it up to ridiculous levels in the second.
I love seeing teams who could barely pick the ball up to get it back in play suddenly start running around like spring lambs.
Looking at the challenge on KDB, the defender trod down on the back of his heel.
City and sniffing knickers.
Come on Blues.

If we get quick news it will be good news. After ligament damage you normally have to wait two or three days for the swelling to go down before an MRI will produce results.

That boy Kev sure puts in a mean cross. Struggling to remember anything like his crossing style to be honest.
