A shocker. Maybe though we now play Navas, Sterling and Silva like before we bought him and Silva pulls the strings again?

It is a huge blow no doubts and it will cost us. Gutted.

We were smashing the league before KDB came at the start of the season. It's a blow, but let's not act like Aguero's just lost a leg. We're fine.

Pellers said doc was talking about possible MCL, which not good, but much better than ACL
His injury is a fault of the ref though. Allowed Everton to play like thugs all game without giving a card until the final part of the 2nd half

I am gutted for KDB and I wish him a speedy recovery but we do have cover (especially with Nasri's recovery ahead of schedule).

I'd forgotten about him.

I wish we'd all forget about him. Horrible little coward!

Has Roberts actually gone on loan yet? Maybe he will get a bit more game time now?

Not one of the scummy bastard Everton fans even applauded kdb when he was stretchered off. Disgusting fans.

I must admit I did think Nasrii's season was over a couple of months back, but he does have a chance, along with Iheanacho in the run in.

Medial ligament means surgery unlikely but still we'll be lucky to see him playing again this season. Hopefully it's not.

Kev came on today. Scored the equaliser and assisted the winning goal.
He's been lethal at Etihad so far. Anonymous away.
I'll be gutted to Not have him in the squad for the rest of the season as he might prove to be a big miss but hopefully we could get that early form back with Raheeem and Navas on the wings, Silva pulling the strings and Kun up front.
(Or is that wishful thinking after few beers?)

Could there be a chance its not serious and he'll be back in a short timr? Any physios out there who wouldn't mind guessing?

Robles tweeted: I would like to apologise to Kevin De Bruyne for my reaction to his injury. In the heat of the moment I didn't realise he was badly hurt. ..
Fair play. Everton fans responses disgusting.

Acting like we're fine without him seems a bit silly. We were just getting all of the players into gear together, and once again, a huge long term injury.

Not a physio but I injured my knee playing football - hospital told me i'd done medial ligs and with physio should recover in 1-2 months (thats NHS physio using basic methods/eqip). It transpired I'd ruptured my cruciate - surgery and 8 months min recovery on NHS. There is a massive difference between the two injury types in terms of recovery times.

I'm no physio but MP said it's impossible to know how bad the injury is but it's not a medial ligament so he is optimistic. That's virtually a quote. He could get very lucky and it just be a few weeks but no one knows yet. Maybe just gingeritis.
