After only 12 games for Genk, Enes has been released from his loan contract and is instead being lent out to NAC in the Dutch second division. Too bad he couldn't join our academy due to work permit issues. This just feels like a waste of talent.

Talent? Being released by genre isn't a good sign.

I agree. It's not a good sign at all.
But what I meant is that the lad is still very young (turns 19 this year), so surely City's intention was to have him get a good education in the academy. Not to loan him out straight away to some Belgian side. Then he could as well have stayed in Turkey. I do wonder how much things like this can mess with a young lads head and his motivation.

I think you're losing balance here mate. He may be a good lad but he may be the biggest cunt ever.

If he's good enough he'll play for us, if not he'll disappear. Realistically at this stage who cares?

If you start worrying about everyone the academy dallies with you'll go potty

Not everyone we buy for the academy costs a couple of million quid.

Already forgot about this lad. Which reminds me, how is that Faupala doing? Seemed an odd signing at the time

Scattergun approach. Buy five lads and hope one or two make it. Recoup the fees on two others. That seems to be the M.O.

Certainly it's one Chelsea operate and with good success.

By the way, Iheanacho is gonna be one of the two that make it
