I think we're at that point where we can discuss how far we have come under Pelligrini.for me, I see it that he won the PL on the back of another mans defence (as Wenger did) and hasn't progressed us one bit.

Thoughts?

He has taken us backwards....actually , he has fucking destroyed us imo.
Anyone getting giddy about the CL you can forget it , we will not get any further than the next round imo (And that's if we don't get battered next week) - anyone of note they will fuck us over.

Our football is so fucking predictable and shite...fuckign disgrace considering the money spent and the resources this fuckign manager has had.

Ill tell you what , if the fuckign munchenhausens finsh higher than us then I hope the manager is bombed out of Manchester under police escort at the dead of night.

We've gone backwards, not a single win against a top six side is disgusting

The players shouldn't be absolved from the blame either. They are the ones running around on the pitch. As for Pellegrini he has improved us in Europe (although at the minute we are not likely to win the competition) but domestically we are performing below the standard we should be playing at, but he has achieved the board's minimum targets. Whether that is down to injuries, the players reaching the end of their City careers or Pellegrini not fully motivating them no one can pin point on one factor.

Absolute Regression during his tenure.

Not one youth player brought through in the right way , Kelechi got games because we have had nothing else.

Terrible signings (KDB and Sterling are Peps).

Pellers is to nice and the players are taking the piss. The club has stalled on the pitch hence Pep.

Only Villa have got less points than us over a top 10 TEAM...we are the second fuckign worse side for taking points off the top 10 prem teams.
Pellegrini was found out ages ago with his style of football....fuckign clueless and if he thinks winning the league cup makes for a successful season then he's about as clueless as that lump of shite that he keeps on playing up front.

I think MPs game management is terrible. I don't rate him at all. On the field I think we have suffered due to the recruitment and injuries have not helped. I would much prefer to see Nasri and Tevez than Bony and Sterling. Those latter 2 don't have the talent to hold on to possession or involve others. I would also prefer NGJ to Fern 2 etc. When we won the league in 2012 I thought we would be out of site domestically by now.

I'm torn on this.

Three pots in three years is not to be sniffed at. Nor is being top scorers in all comps in each of his three seasons. We have progressed in the CL, getting out of group stages in each of last three years, indeed winning the group this time around.

But, there is no getting away from the fact this PL campaign has been extremely disappointing. We have lost our cohesion and our identity somehow over the last six months. The eventual winners of the PL, hope it's Leicester now, will have done so will a low points total that really, after the start we had should have been attainable. He has been very reluctant to bring youth through. To the point where it has been detrimental to the first team squad as the rotation has not been there.

In time I will look back on Pellegrini's tenure as a whole with a lot of fondness, but right now I am not a happy bunny. We could and should have done much better than we have done. The term lackadaisical cropped up a lot in my school reports. It seems to me that we have been very lackadaisical in our approach to the PL this season and it pisses me off

Very little progress under pelligrini, in fact there was much more progress under Mancini.
We won't go beyond the next round in the CL, imagine what PSG or Barca would do to us. Fucking blood bath.

A lot of bad words regarding Pellers. I agree, he has his fault, however, the ones responsible are the players and we need to understand that.

Instead of play your heart out for the next manager, to impress him to keep you at the club, one of the BEST and stable clubs in the world, they act like this.

I always considered our players to be amazing characters, however, I am really starting to think that they really are mercenaries that they don't give a flying fuck about what happend today and what will happen tomorrow.

I started a thread over a month ago about getting rid of Pellers and some folks thought I was being ridiculous. The guys taken us backwards in nearly every area he is in control of, so he won the league cup twice, whoopy fooking doo he's fucking spent enough to achieve that. A really lovely bloke but way out of his depth, get rid now.

With every fucker looking at either leaving or at best unsure where they will be next season what are we expecting loyalty and commitment, if you want that get a dog! We are in the hands of a group who are leaving en masse. Clearly despite the pressers we and the social media shite, we are seeing the end of this cycle for Mancini/Pellers squad 3rd will be a result 4th a very difficult season ahead and 5th a disaster all are possible for Onthebeach fc.

Talk about stating the fucking obvious.

What about today's game...why did we draw.

Tell us all.

I think everyone agrees that MP is done and dusted at this point. Progress or not? Personally I think he is on par of Mancini regarding the long term goals. Bobby Manc and MP are club legends in my mind. Hopefully the philosopher will better their record; But I have a bad gut feeling towards Pep.

Carl and Dazby, get a hotel room, eh. Or atleast do your fisticuffs in a PM or summit. Fucks sake.

Personally think his inability to change a game is what holds him back. If he gets the formation or line up wrong, we normally go through 70 minutes of it before we see a change.

For me he's our 3rd greatest manager so aye, this season has been a shambles pot or not, but he's won stuff so it'd be ridiculous to just slag him off.

But in terms of regression, we've definitely gone backwards defensively. How we've gone from the best defence in the country to where we are now is ridiculous.

But for me, the biggest crime is just how slow and the lack of off the ball movement has crept into our game over the past two years. The lack of urgency has killed us this season and has fucked me off all year.

I love him for what he's done, but if this is, after 3 seasons, is a pellers team, then it's right he's off in the summer. Injuries withstanding, it's been a fucking shambles.
