Garcia for the second half of his last season was far better than anything fernando has produced for us, i dont even think fernando has put two decent games in a row for us.
derby day the scores were level,
then the goat was fed by neville,
silly boy should know for sure,
feed the goat and he will score!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fernando has changed me this season, not to the other side, just to how a good footballer her is.

I believe that's surely true as well.

Bald. Defensive. Midfielder.

Ticks a lot of boxes. Ahem.

Cheers

He can not pass a football more than five yards and that is only if it is going sideways.
He will play on Tuesday sadly, and we will struggle to keep hold of possession accordingly.

Thought he was outstanding V PSG. If he can repeat he will have done his job, the others need to unlock doors, his job will be to shut them.

Thing is Piccs, we've done better in Europe by playing on the counter this season and Fernando has been integral in that.

Exactly. If he is assigned to mark a dangerous opposition player, say Bale or Ronaldo, then if that opposition player doesn't influence the game then he will have done his job perfectly

F1 is always good, yesterday F2 played solid, breaked up play and always chasing players, deserves a mention. Togheter they can be dynamite, surely they can hold yaya out.. eh?

Not chance yaya will.play in that position in the CL. He just doesn't work there, he can push up.into dates role and kdb out wide. Problem for me is, it's KDB or yaya central I prefer KDB central with support on both flanks for him. Maybe navas and sterling either side.

He was excellent last night, especially first half. A few players have improved to a large degree in last couple of months. Mangala and Otamendi are two. Unfortunately Sterling isnt one of them.

It will be up to pep to get more from him, which sterling surely has.
