Not known a buzz like this since maybe when we won the title in 2012 ? , everyone is talking about tomorrow night and the niche of actually being in the Champions League semi final is incredible , something I thought I would never experience in my lifetime but it is happening right here right now CTID.

MEN suggesting Pelle is hinting that Mangala will start over Nico with his comments.

And no Yaya available is wack. We could really use him off the bench!

Not fussed about Yaya tbh he is getting slower and slower each game , he would deffo be a passenger tomorrow night if selected . His body language late in the game v Stoke suggested he has had enough , we need runners and agility in the semi final Yaya,s time is done .

He's not out for sure this? Thought he was "doubtful" along with clichy?
He may well still come off the bench unless their has been an update I don't know of.?
All things considered, I think clichy could be the bigger loss (defensively).

Yaya is defo out and not expected back for Saints on Sunday and is 50/50 for 2nd leg. He will be a miss but all the others are fit.

Let Madrid worry about our attack rather than the other way round. Kun is in good form as is KDB and possibly Iheanacho to come off the bench. For some reason I have a really positive feel about tomorrow.

On current form it has to be Mangala. I thought the Otter had some pretty poor moments against Stoke

We need to defend deep and break fast even at home. Play like we did against Chelsea and we have a chance. Both full backs were cautious and there wasn't a lot of grass behind our. centre backs. We haven't got centre backs who are comfortable playing a high line against top teams. Still Kompany vs Otamendi is a big call given Vinny's performance against Newcastle. Please don't give away silly free kicks for Ronaldo to have pops at goal assuming he starts. We will need to double up on the flanks where they are strong.
Of course we will miss the option of bringing Yaya on later in the game. Alternative? Delph?!

Fookin SSN, flashed up when I was down pub about 18:30 "doubtful" clueless twats!
What about clichy in that case?

Toure would not have started anyway, that was made clear Saturday.
Clichy out will be a loss because kolarov just can't tackle or block a cross.

According to Pellers there is only Yaya and Nasri (not eligible) missing from the squad list. Can only assume that Clichy etc are all fit

If Clichy is still out we are going to get torn a new one on the left hand side by Ronaldo.
Wonder if Pelle would put Sanga or Zaba on the left instead.
An all French speaking back line might also be helpful, as I believe someone alluded to recently.

All bollocks about Cliché, a weak link at the highest level. Stop worrying about RM. Watched them a few times last few weeks and we will murder them on the counter if de Bruyne and Fernandinho get their shit together plus Kolarov roaring up the outside. looking forward to it
