Picking up tickets for Real

It's a joke. If you are parking at the bottom of the hill they will ask for a £10 deposit so bring cash.
It's the outside ticket office and there is a slow queue with only three booths open.
I am fuming as I ordered tickets 8 days ago and only half have turned up. It's also cold so wrap up warm.

Only one of my 2 tickets turned up. Apparently they loaded other to my season card, even though the order stated 2 paper tickets. Glad I rang and didn't queue up at our jokeshop ticket office anyway
