any mention of where they'll be sending him on a 3 year loan?

He has done his loan stints, by all accounts they plan to use him this season.

We were watching a different fella mate. I saw someone with bits of skill who was far too lightweight.

I think he may do well in Spain, but still wouldn't be right if he came back to England.

At least we get a few quid!

On the verge of a loan to Arsenal with a potential perm move in the summer.

Anyone kept up to date on how he's got on recently?

Played just 6 games this season, 2 in the league, 2 cup and 2 UCl. 2 Goals, both in the cup.
Last year he played 27 all comps games and scored 3 and before that 36 and scored 3.

Just one game in the national team.

He can't be worst than Wilshere, Xhaka or Ramsey could he?

I seem to recall him being called the next David Silva by someone on here.

Diaz will have this problem in 3 seasons - ok, you don’t want a squad role, so you got to Barca and real and have on there instead? Why?

Yet another player lured by the Barca name who isn't self-aware enough to know that they're not going to play alot in that team who ends up leaving within a few years. Malcolm is the next one.
