Maybe we can buy Diaby.

We need another injury prone player in our squad.

Some press speculation this morning that we're after Koke, he would be ideal in my opinion.

Bit of a strange injury if its ligaments as he got up and carried on for a short while.....if its as bad as being mentioned I thought he would have gone straight off.

Here's hoping he's not going to be Delph's best mate

His middle name is Jorge Resurrección Merodio.

God knows we really need some resurrection.

Please let this one be true. If only to lift the atmosphere in the place.
I mean the songs just write themselves.
The place would be rocking with everyone in good humour.

All together now
Oh Koke Koke Koke.
Oh Koke Koke Koke.
Oh Koke Koke Koke.
That's what it's all about.

wouldn't be shocked if he doesn't play again this season.

Broke dick fucker. Why do we love an injurious cunthole so much? He was just starting to assert himself as well. Bad luck and feel for the lad, but fuck me...if we didn't have bad luck we'd have no luck at all...yee-haw.

RSC, Johnson, Rodwell, that fucking shirtless Balkan Insta star who is in Italy now, Delph, Vincent, Gungadin...that's barely scratching the post-takeover surface of what...last 6-8 years maybe? Add Micah into that mix. Plus Kun's good for a couple months a season. Etc, etc, etc.

cheers

Out for the season officially. Sad for the player (and must be a worry for him in the long term). Not looking good for us, either. Yaya/Garcia (I won't mention D**ph) for the rest of the season.

What I want to know is , why didn't we take him off when he was struggling ? instead we waited until he completely fucked his knee up!!!

6-8 Months out they are saying..
Even with him fit it was tight enough, we were already a bit short in central midfield, now our options are severely limited for the rest of the season.

If it is the same knee, his career might be in jeopardy.

At the moment, we have a lot of problems. If we do not buy anyone in the middle, then the kids need to step up. Garcia or the other one, Diaz.

Time to make it or break it for them. We either have the balls and send them in or we buy, and this time we buy someone who can actually play and stay fit.

I feel really sorry for the lad but as many of us said when we bought him, why the fuck would you buy someone who had missed 2 solid years already through injury. Whoever wanted him at the club is a fuckwit. We will be paying his wages for the next 4-5 years whilst he is constantly injured. Delph did not start 100 games in 6 years at Villa and guess what, he's always injured here too. The recruiters are mind blowingly shite. Any idiot could see this coming.

That's the modern game assess on the pitch, get him up if you can, all along the head of the medical team is on the ear asking him about the issue. Ligament strained, torn, the player is the one who knows Carl, the med staff will suggest off 10/10 if he is a player in the red zone ie gonna break down. The video analysis is also instant, someone is looking at that as he is being treated for over a min, if in doubt Stretcher, they should have took him off !! Better in Rugby are you ok Yes, what the video say oh he looks like he was KO'd ok your off mate for a 10 min check up rollon a sub as they do in most leagues in Grass roots football and pro rugby now. 30 secs they have it at City, for me he looked fucked btw as he banged the pitch with his hands and maybe he thought oh hold on give me a min its settled down I am ok. No I'm not SHIT ! KDB was lucky with a nasty one on the shins from the centre half who straight legged him second half.

If he's actually done his ACL on the original challenge, your not going to do much more damage running around on it. Some athaletes actually have such structurally sound knees that they are able to continue playing after an acl tear, without repair. There is a player in the NBA named Dejuan Blair who has neither of this ACLs intact. He tore both in high school and never had them repaired. He will eventually need them repaired in old age but currently the rest of his knee able to compensate without.

Not surprising given the below stats when fit this season:

Gündogan's played 1,230 of a possible 1,530 minutes, including starting and finishing all but two UCL games. Started 15 out of 16 all comps.

Pep played with fire.
