Unwanted Mario..

Now Milan are sending him back to Liverpool. Liverpool don't want him anywhere near the first team. They'll probably leave him to train with the kids again.
Mario's probably the biggest idiot in world football, but as someone here once said 'he's our idiot'. We all know Agueeroooooooo wouldn't have happened without him and no x amount of money would be enough to show gratitude.
I feel deeply sad for him, not because he played for us once, but because he started the 1-6 at the swamp and THAT PASS that made history. He'll always be part of those happy memories, but seeing him humiliated by those scousers makes me feel utterly sick.
I wish he would get his dignity and SWAG back.

Also. man of the match performances in the FA cup semi and final plus the Rio wink and the fireworks. Don't want him back but I am sure glad he was here

Shame as he was a great on his day. Problem was that happened all too infrequently and virtually not all now. Probably be retired by the time he is 27/28.

The why always me is right up there with the best ever goal celebrations

Just read his biography, fascinating stuff. Like everyone else, love him, but don't want him back.

I like the guy and will always be grateful for his role in our league and FA Cup wins.

That said, it's hard to feel sorry for him. He was onto a good thing with us, a good thing with Liverpool and a good thing with Milan, and he just let every situation drift. Nobody's fault but his. If he's to salvage his career now, he needs to take a downwards step, keep his powder dry and work his bollocks off in much the same way as Anelka did when he moved to Bolton.

Can't see him doing any of that though, can you? I think he'll be perfectly happy to live out his days shagging models and having expensive nights out. His prerogative.

Funny guy but massively overrated.

Hope he can find some form and enjoy himself.

Humiliated by his own apathy.
If I managed the business end of the Scousers, I'd send him off on a 6 month loan to whichever high-profile club would take him and play him, even if I had to pay for it to happen, and hope a Chinese club would come in for him during their crazy season. That's all he's worth as an asset now.

I'm one of those weirdos that loves him unconditionally. Doesn't do himself any favours, but gets such a hard time off the press. If anybody else was under the same microscope I doubt they'd come out smelling of roses.

Unfortunately after getting a shit deal with referees and media while with us which was perhaps his most successful period he decided to revert to type. I've seen him a few times for AC on the tv and Bony would put him to shame.

He'll cut a lonely figure back at the dippers unless Clappity gives him another final chance.

well that's pool shit on, because nobody will want him as to much baggage so they will have to pay wages for the next season or so. pity he really made it with us, cut the shit out and play that's all we wanted but he decides what to do

He did it all by himself.

We all saw some sparks of genius from him at times. He did all that fuss to go to Milan, his club and there he acted again like a cunt. Incredible that he is only 25. From now on, only his desire to be great again can save him.

That or he will end up as Andy van der Meyde who was a barrista last time I checked.

All the potential in the world and none of the drive to realize it. With all his antics, he'd be a better fit as a circus clown.

I hated him before he arrived, while he was here, and now he's not even an afterthought.

I always get the impression that Mario's biggest enemy is his own IQ.
Like Joan Collins's old boyfriend Bungalow Bill. Harmless but with very little on top.

He'd certainly make headlines, probably get himself shot dead by the NYPD though.

as OP says, the biggest idiot in world football.

Could have gone to the same league of Tranny, but top players are made of talent plus samewhat of a brain, unless born Maradona.

Yes Mario got a troubled childhood, but I know dozen of people who have been given lesser cards, and yet turned up way better than me.

In a nutshell, the living proof why Mancini lacks the political bit to be a top club manager.

A few great memories, topped by the "why always me" score during demolition at the Swamp, but my feelings go to unemployed workmen, not to overblessed moroons.

I don't feel sorry for him. He is the definition of waste.
