Just posted on the completed transfer thread. All it says on BBC is he is a midfielder. Anyone know any more about this fella?

And here. SKY think him worthy of a mention. Can't see Navas staying to be honest. The bloke cant score. Everything about Pep has to have goals as an end result, so Jesus wont be around long now.

I will quote myself:

PeterParker wrote:
Asked my russian friend, Zenit fan and this his description:

Good young player from Ukraine, one of the most talented youngsters from Russia. But over promoted, he's not even in top 20 Russian players at his age. Raised by Shakhtar but then they let him go to a mediocre team, FC Ufa and also one game for the national team of Ukraine, he plays as a playmaker.

Not spoiled, but comes from a village and his father is doing all of his deals.

+ after that he came on for Ukraine against Romania at half time. It was 1-1 when he came in, scored and had one assist. 4-1 in the 60 minute.

Thanks for that.

One wonders what will become of Patrick Roberts. Or the lad in the academy, Brandon Barker. Time will tell I suppose. Interesting that Dortmund enquirer about him as they see him as a fullback. I can see Pep opting to play three at the back with wingbacks pushed on further up the field and maybe this lad has the potential to be groomed into that?

It's strange that they've announced it on twitter but you can't find anything about the transfer on the website. Is this because he's going to play with the EDS?

anyway

http://www.theguardian.com/football/ng- ... am=Ukraine

A very talented young player who can perform in any midfield position, Zinchenko left Shakhtar for Russia in search of regular football. He has played well for Ufa and Ukraine’s Under-21s, and has a good chance of featuring in France this summer. Zinchenko became Ukraine’s third-youngest international when he replaced Rotan towards the end of last year’s qualifying defeat against Spain; there have been suggestions, whether true or not, that Zinchenko was offered Russian citizenship and that this early debut was given to secure his international future. Scored in only his second appearance for the national team, becoming Ukraine's youngest goalscorer at the age of 19 years and 214 days.

I think he's left footed so not competition for Navas. I saw somewhere he'll be loaned out.

I guess no Aubameyang to us now since wasn't Zinchenko the player they wanted us to back off on as part of the deal?

Him, Barker, Roberts, how many potentially good left wingers do we want? will he go into first team or eds? cant help but think meh at this stage about these young signings that should be playing for teams but more than likely wont.
derby day the scores were level,
then the goat was fed by neville,
silly boy should know for sure,
feed the goat and he will score!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Give him five or six years and he'll be as bald as the rest of our midfield.

I fear the worse for the lad. I see no leg brace or cast on his foot. Why the fuck are we signing players who aren't injured.
I haven't a fecking clue what I'm doing! Gillie come back man I want my sig back. As the Photobucket thingy gone?
