I understand your enthusiasm though. Confident the deal will be sorted in the coming days. I hope. Maybe.

After watching this lot since before the Norman Conquest I'm entitled to be a bit previous. To understand all is to forgive all somebody once said.

You are indeed, sorry I might have come across as a bit blunt there when I was just trying to make a 'premature' joke - didn't really come off. I just got my hopes up when I read the title, but all is well.

Besides, with Sane apparently spotted in the Raddison (along with Ilkay) looks like we'll be needing this thread anyway!

I would have thought the opposite was true, ho ho ho.
Your right leg I like; I've got nothing against your right leg. The trouble is neither have you.

Schalke have confirmed he's in Manchester to finalise the deal. The Greggs near Kendals is putting the bunting up.

Keep your eye on Cheshire Today.

Didn't the De Bruyne signing also have a 4-day medical? Maybe it's a German-club thing?

Makes you wonder, I think maybe JC needs to not get to excited next time, although Welcome to Manchester is technically correct now.

it was technically correct when I first created this thread after he was photographed in the Radisson.

I will continue to get excited if anybody else of similar calibre turns up for a medical by the way

Welcome Tony Kroos???

Of all the names thrown about this summer, he is the one I wish we landed.
The rest, I either know little to nothing about, are ones for the future, or are injured now or totally underwhelm me.
We have however got Pep and I'm looking forward to seeing what he puts together.

We may not get Kroos and I share your disappointment but we have got Gundogan out at the CFA in one on one training with the physics today. Sagna and Tintin back too.

Did Sagna actually came back?

Yesterday he was on the romanian seaside with some friends.

Actually, Mamaia is something else. It is becoming more and more like Ibiza and after the things that happend in Europe lately, It had a big tourist migration this year. It passed the numbers from last year and they still have august and half of september to go.

If you ask me, it is a luxurious Sodom and Gomorrah.

And now back to Sane... This lad played at the academy2 years back didn't he for Schalke under 19's. I think he scored but we won the game. My memory is bad but was that the one where Ambrose scored a couple?

Just makes me think where one or two of our quality lads from then would be if given real first team chances?
