The bloody title says 'outshined' instead of of 'outshone' so it's no wonder there's no sense in the tweets.

The Germany international was outshined by City's loanee Patrick Roberts, who opened the scoring for Celtic after four minutes.

Did you spot the other mistake?

You might want to remind these football experts who they're talking about.

Gosh, there are some really knowledgeable and erudite footballing outpourings from that gaggle of 'cognoscenti' on there OD.

Big helpings of the humblest of humble pies are required there, in the hope that they might all choke as their gullets get overwhelmed.

When it was £37m.

However, why let something silly like the actual amounts get in the way

And Pogba actually cost the filth £121M, but they removed the agent's fees(which the filth paid), got it down to £93M and then for some reason now report it as £89M.

Has Paul Pogba Pogba ran a game for the rags yet. Yesterday you would have expected a player of that price to run the show...

It seems a bad case of numerical dyslexia to me Slim.

Perhaps there's a medical solution to it somewhere ??

Pogba will have cost the rags north of £200 million if he sees out his contract. Quite a price to pay for the embodiment of mediocrity.

As for Sané, an absolute snip at £37 million. The lad is going to be sensational.

if he can better learn when to take on defenders and when not to and rein in some of his dribbling he will be so much more lethal. getting there.

Iv wanted City to sign someone who could go on and be like Ronaldo and this kid could be that. Hopefully he will fill out a bit and improve his decision making. Been unplayable for a few weeks now.

Isn't that part of his game, not allowing oppo players to know what he is going to do?

Regardless, he's the dogs.

Perhaps he'll sell (well, not him personally) a load of shirts to completely cover such a heavy outlay, albeit for nothing more than an abject plodder.

Very popular is U****d (or so they would have us believe)

That'd be a good business idea only all the money from shirt sales goes to the rags' kit company.
