I am only glad it wasn't worse. Much worse. At least Jesus is back soonish.

Sounds what it looked like when it happened. His ankle rolled really badly, but took all the force of the impact.
Sounds hell of a lot better than a broken leg, and hopefully the ligaments are sprained rather than ruptured.

You're right. Just not worth the breath as that's exactly what he wants. Any reaction including negative feeds his ego. He's a cunt, pure and simple.

That sounds a little more promising, hope it's no longer than a month, you can bet your bottom dollar he won't be the last one to get injured this way in the coming weeks.

I’d 100% go all out and take legal action against the player. Even if we lose it’ll make other players think twice about doing this shit in the future.

What we all feared before the Cardiff games came true. I'm hoping the fringe players can be more involved in the Cup games from now on. Terrible news.

Is Foden fit?

I can't see any update from the presser for Forden, Delph or Jesus. The last I heard was Jesus was expected back first in mid Feb but he hasn't started training yet. The journos don't ask that sort of question..... too busy wanting to provoke a war of words with Warnock which no proper fan is interested in.

In that case, Bernie needs to step in and hope Dave Silva will solve his problems and KDB and Raheem will stay fit.

Yes but the pace of Sane will be missed on the break. Less of a worry for the oppo when they attack but we can adapt our game.

On a side note, Sane will be back mid march (earliest) to late march, plenty of football still to play and he will be well rested and raring to go. Every cloud and all that.

I don't want to be the voice of doom but we don't know when Sane will be back. If his injury is worse the club won't advertise that now whilst we chase a replacement. No injury updates on the others either. Jesus is not training yet so no chance he will be playing mid Feb. Can't blame the club from keeping that quiet until the window shuts. Will Delph be back soon or even this season? Every chance Mendy doesn't play again this season. Not trying to be a negative bastard as Piccs would say, but I'm pretty sure we won't be told everything when we are chasing targets.
