Or maybe he sees Sané's bottom lip going and thinks the club deserves better.

Like I've said further up, Pep is an arrogant bellend himself. Who's going to drop Pep for a match day?

Looking at all the pics from training last week Sanè was smiling and enjoying himself. There's more to this than sulking.

Winners are arrogant. Sane out if the squad is no biggie. Many will get a week off throughout
the season. Drop the manager ?

Uefa have already dropped him. He won't be there for our Champs League games.

Sanè got one less assist than KDB last season. With Kev out, Sanè is definitely missed.

From what I understand Sane hasn't showed commitment in training, Pep takes his training very seriously and determines his squad selection from training ground. I think Sane thought his last year performances is enough to get him automatically selected and showed less desire and commitmemt in training, which, subsequently enraged back room staff. He needs a wake up call, if he wants to be great player, he has an opportunity to prove Pep and other doubters he belongs to the first team, whatever he does, must never sulk, just keep working hard.

You've missed a word out. You could change bellend for bastard. Whichever you prefer.

I don't hate him mate. I've called him arrogant. Which he is. It's a fact.

This is confusing.

Just looking at Sanè's Instagram he posted a pic of him and Walker a day before saying "home match tomorrow" and then earlier in the week a picture of him training with others saying "we keep working".

There's more to this.

It suggests that there was nothing wrong between him and Pep the day before. So if it was Sanè's attitude in training why wait all week to let him know?

I did think that was pretty simple from the first post.

Even if he knew he was gonna be dropped I think all squad players should carry on with the whole social media stuff. Not even sure how many of them do it themselves.

I didn't see the bench but assume foden was on it.

I agree with Mase - we're all rats in the lab to him, players and fans alike. But it's not the time to ventilate such heresies. Maybe when he's lost a few....;)

Leroy Sane: Manchester City winger must improve, says Germany's Toni Kroos

Does Tony Kroos sounds like a good teammate?

Perhaps not for certain players he thinks he can talk about in the media. Compare that approach to Pep’s treatment of Leroy and questions about who he conveniently picks on given the political climate (immigrants, race, etc) and its hard not to notice a theme.

Ozil also didn’t necessarily handle his beef with the German team well but there are real issues about treatment of perceived immigrants, etc. around the globe and in the German FA so Kroos then literally went and made things up about what Ozil said (Ozil didn’t say players on the team are racist) and now throws Sané under the bus.

Ever heard of a private word? He’s an even worse Scholes of German football in the media. Please stop talking.

Players like Krois aren't interested in the good of the team, they're interested in themselves. Money, via sponsorship, are key.
