City vs Arsenhole

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

City vs Arsenhole

Postby london blue 2 » Fri Aug 05, 2016 5:36 pm

Sorry lads. Bored of the John stones thread and really looking forward to seeing the progress under pep.

My Arse mates are completely underwhelmed by their transfer dealings thus far, they seem very pessimistic about the coming season.

Any predictions or suggested line ups?

My prediction is we already have a thread for the arsenal friendly. Would you like a link?

Yeah, the John Stones thread is akin to watching paint dry. Atrophy.

Will definitely need a stream for this tomorrow. Sat in a German hotel with not one single UK or sports channel. One time's KO, 7 UK/8 CET?

Doesn't look like it will be on in the states either but The Arsenal website seems to be streaming it. Not sure if you need an account. Hopefully if they are then city's website will be as well.

It's live in ITV so should have plenty of streams.

City squad for trip to Sweden

Hart Caballero

Sagna Zabaleta Kolarov Clichy Denayer Adarabioyo Maffeo Angelino

Fernando De Bruyne Delph Silva Fernandinho Zinchenko Toure A Garcia

Sterling Nolito Aguero Navas Iheanacho

23 in all. No Kompany, Gundogan Nasri Mangala Bony or Sane. First two not fit. Nasri overweight. Mangala also may be leaving but came back late so may not be fit. Bony on his way out? I saw mention of Sane having a slight hamstring niggle. Hasn't trained yet. I can't imagine many more than 23 in the Premier League squad so something's got to give. Kompany Gundogan Sane and maybe Stones in suggests a few in the touring squad are vulnerable. So clearly are Bony Mangala and Nasri.

Come to think of it no Otamendi either which is a surprise. Injured? CBs for Sunderland who knows Adarabioyo Denayer Kolarov?! Aiee!

Seems to like what he has seen of Tosin.
Sounds promising.

We'll have to keep waiting for the bigger ones. I read Sane has "a hamstring problem" and will not feature.
