I think he's more vocal on the pitch than we realise, he certainly leads by example too. I remember when he was complaining about being overlooked for the Spanish team when playing well for us after signing also. He gets his point across when needed.

It's amazing to see isn't it? There's almost alway several options to pass to. Constant movement to be in the right position. The organization is just... after seeing Pellegrini's lack of organization, this is sooooo nice to see.
