That is a seriously shite Daily Star web page. I'll take your word for it.

£613 eh?

That is quite unbelievable after such a short period of time. 4th behind the likes of the Rags, Real and Barca, and in front of the likes of the Arse and Dippers, is no mean feat.

When somebody now asks me about the big 4 I'll be using that stat to say that the Sky 4 are no longer relevant, it's all about the real Big 4 and how we're catching the Rag bastards faster than a speeding bullet.

Fourth biggest for the past two years according to the compilers of the listing, Brand Finance.

2015 report

2016 report

The reports are published in June (so why slow reporting it football media?) and one interesting statistic is the relative worth of City vs United:

2015 City worth 66.33% of United's value ($800m/$1206m)
2016 City worth 77.35% of United's value ($905m/$1170m)

Over the years:

Can this report be 3D-printed into a phallic shape and sent to Karl Heinz Rummenigge to suck on?

It's an impressive achievement in such a short space of time to be honest. Means little to us as fans but the owners will know that we are now one of the superpowers.

Are we allowed to call ourselves a big club yet sky?
