Trixi says he has No Problem with Roberts playing for Celtic against us . Are we setting a dangerous prescident with this ? I remember a couple of years ago Whinger bitching about our loanies not being able to play against us .

No precedent mate, it's the rules.

This can't play against your parent club rule seems to be exclusive to Premier League.

Sry mate, that's such a small time mentality. Are we afraid of Celtic now? Patrick feckin' Roberts? The kid that was loaned to a toilet league because he wasn't ready yet to set a foot into our squad?

I hope he scores a hattrick while we knock these shit cunts into oblivion. 9-0. Easy.

Cheers.

Then wouldn't it be 9-3 if Roberts scored a hat trick?

great chance for him to show Pep that he should be in Manchester. I imagine that everyone at City wants him give it a go and prove his worth.

Unlikely that a winger would, but what if he tackles and injures Aguero?

What if that's the end of Aguero's career?

Then we buy a replacement. Injuries happen and if it turns out Roberts injured a "team mate" then so be it. You can't legislate for things like that happening on the football field.

Do you think we'd ever have signed Martin Buchan?

No. What's your point? As I see it Roberts wasn't deemed good enough at present to be in our squad, thus he was loaned out. As it then transpires, his loan club is drawn to play CL group games against the parent club. As there is unlikely to be a clause prohibiting him to play in these games, there is a good chance he will play in them if fit.

If he then injures one of our players then that is sadly unfortunate but part and parcel of the game. It shouldn't then mean he can't return back to us once his loan period is over
