But I'm not going to defend our players when they do something like that just because others get away with it. I still hope that Kun gets away with it but if he doesn't, I'm not going to blame anyone else than him.

A cynical thought popped up when I saw it: Do you think he wanted a longer vacation in South America?

Talking of cynical thoughts, I'm wondering if the comments reported in the media by Pep about Kun's work off the ball have anything to do with it.

What did he say? I must have missed that.

http://www.thenational.ae/sport/manchester-city/pep-guardiola-reserves-praise-for-sergio-aguero-you-cannot-be-brilliant-when-you-disappear

Also in my trawl through newsnow, I found this

http://metro.co.uk/2016/08/29/sergio-aguero-could-escape-ban-as-new-video-suggests-he-may-have-made-no-contact-with-winston-reid-6097453/

Which is suggesting there was no contact.

Well, Pep is right

And he actually doesn't connect with the elbow.

I thought that was known?...he didnt connect with the elbow but rather his clenched fist...
Although looking at the media you'd never know.

Doesnt really make a difference though..elbow or fist...

How long do the FA / Premier League have to review the incident and charge him?

If they are going to charge him at all...

Is the FA smart enough to impose the ban only once the player is fit and able to play?

Smart enough or cynical enough? In any case, no, the FA follows a set procedure on these issues regardless of injury.

Do you think they forced him to pull out of the international qualifiers so that he couldn't go on his prolonged vacation? Just saying.

He was probably calling you a 'count' but he just omitted one letter by mistake.

It's easily done.

The intent was there regardless if he missed. That's the problem. Are there those in the media who have an agenda to get him banned? Of course.

Not certain that this will lead to this outcome, as I heard that even if the ref saw it, which was right in front of him, but he didn't identify the severity, the FA can still impose a ban.

Every angle show Reid as the instigator the last one is him cuffing Sergio, Storm in a tea cup.

Apatently marriner has said he didn't see the incident in his official report. I expect a charge to be issued before the afternoon is done with.

If he says he has not seen it, then he is a fucking liar.

This is one of the issues for me and why I think Marriner let it slide. Reid was all over Sergio and when he pushed him to the side, let a slap go to his face. Sergio, knowing what was coming, threw the arm out and slapped him in the chest/neck. Reid then went down like a sack of shit, clutching his face, where there was no contact, in a manner that would persuade the ref to give a red, or at least a ticking off, whilst exonerating him of any wrong doing. Marriner saw the full thing though and duly waved it away as 6 of one, half a dozen of the other.

And that's how he should've explained it in his match report. If he hasn't, it shows that he has been directed to lie on behalf of Sky Sports and probably in conjunction with us playing the Rags next.

I don't remember this outrage from the press when BogBrush did a far worse elbow on Zab's, or Evra on Micah. Where was the outrage then?

And for good measure, BogBrush only got a yellow so how can Aguero be seen as anything worse?

For such a secretive organisation, they do let the weirdest things slip.

How the fuck would Keys know!
