Nolito

Give this fella a thread.

His finishing looks as same as Jesus, but his game was as good as any of our lads in the derby and since he came here. Loved his aggresive aproach at every single ball, plus he managed to annoy the hell out of Cuntainni.

He understood how EPL is about and played as anyone should.

He still have work to do, but I understand why Barcelona wanted him so much, even if he is a bit old.

I like him aswell, and agree with his shooting.
He`s movement is all over the place and reminds me a bit of.....Gelson Fernandes. :)

I was not to excited at the time of this signing if I'm being honest. However, each week I've watched him I'm becoming more impressed. His link up play with Aguero, Silva, KDB is bloody excellent. A great addition to the club

Quite enjoy how he celebrates with others when they score.

Still, he looks like a latin pornstar, but he is ours.

Cannot fault him, like he has been here a lot longer than a few weeks.

Really great addition. Finds that fine line between not being a superstar and not being a "squad player"

A very good, for me. Carry on.

strongly disagree that his finishing is poor. has hit a bit of a slump (just like we see from aguero more often than not). but he showed he can finish earlier in the season for us and scored shed loads in la liga.

Perceptive call PBL.

Nicely done.

I have to say i was totally ignorant towards the signing of Nolito, I hardly took any notice when we were linked with him. I have to admit that you'd think you have a half decent knowledge of the game but I honestly had no idea who he was before this summer.

When we signed him I wasn't convinced so I started paying attention and he immediately struck me as being a bit slow and I was starting to wonder what Pep saw in this guy but he's really won me over with his performances and attitude on the the pitch, he just seems like he fits the system Pep wants us to play. His work rate off the ball is superb and he looks a real team player, his link up play when building attacks has been fantastic. Looks like City sourced an absolute bargain bringing in Nolito for £13-14 million when you look at the money that's been shelled out on other players recently.

Love how he berates himself when he fucks up, it's almost monty pythonesque.

His tenacity reminds me of Bellamy.

Exactly the kind of spirited footballer we need around the club. Plus he's not scared to take on players, has got goals in him, and works his arse off. He's been a revelation to me.

Not convinced he is anything more than doing exactfuckingly down to the inch what Pep wants, therefore he's more valuable than someone more talented or special that couldn't or wouldn't do...that.

cheers

he is an upgraded navas in my opinion, that player that does what he asked at 100%. i was hoping he had that special touch like suarez but i feel now thats asking to much.

First of all Pep wanted him so that's good enough for me. I knew nothing of him either and watched him in the Euros and wasn't greatly impressed there either. But you can see why Pep wanted him because he is an intelligent footballer and he likes that a lot.

So far we have seen a great attitude and some good glimpses and I am sure plenty of good stuff to come. I like him a lot.

I like him so far. He seems to love the game.

Maybe we can make a song for him out of the end bit of this:

Reminds me a bit of Craig Bellamy. An oldie with a point to prove and a burning desire to succeed and die for the cause, that will do for me.

I dont agree with whoever said his finishing was like navas.
