Lost supporter number

Can anyone advise how to get this or who to talk to?

When I go to the retrieval part of the site it says lost email and date of birth but when I do that it says I have more than one listed so use the number. It's the number I've lost so no way around this? Any ideas?

What I will say is I've never felt more disconnected from my club. In the end they retrieved it, told me all the matches I couldn't attend and wished me a good day. Cold as ice these days.
