He will most likely end up in Chicago if he goes to the MLS. There are a bunch of weird roster rules when it comes to bringing in players from outside the league.

I actually defended Schweinsteiger the other day.

A bloke I know was saying he wasn't fit to live in a pigsty, but I jumped up in his defence and said that he was. :D

And does. The fucker took the money and made the Rags weaker. More of it, I say.

Shows the folly of giving large/long contracts to players in their thirties or at the latter stages of their careers. You can add Shrek into this. The rags are paying in excess of £500k a week to these pair for very little to show for it other than a big hole in their wage bill. We ourselves are going to have had a year of Yaya doing not a lot and a year of fuck all. That's £20m over the two years, serious wedge.

You can see a change in direction in the last four or five years from our management in buying younger, hungrier players, Jesus, Sane, Sterling, KDB to name a few. Rather than the older players we used to buy. The rags meanwhile still like the oldies, Zlatan and pigfucker in the last two years are prime examples of high wages for lower returns. Perhaps this is the main reason we are unlikely to sign a Messi or a Bale or a Griezeman or a Aubameyang as these are players on mega money and or pushing 28 so a five year takes the player well into his thirties with little resale value

Absolute tosh !

The rags should be paying 1M per week.
