Piece in the guardian today, horrific story. Never heard of the paedophile scout and coach prior to this. Worrying he apparently had ties to our club. Doesn't make it any worse than him abusing boys at other clubs of course, just makes you wonder about what may have happened to some of the kids we saw playing for youth and academy teams over the years

It's shocking. What is it with this country and what seems like institutionalised paedophilia? Surprised more hasn't been made of this story

I don't think it's confined to this country - give someone with a certain mindset some 'power' and they'll abuse it for their own amusement.

People like Bennell wouldnt be missed by anyone in society if he was thrown into the tiger enclosure at Chester Zoo. He would fully understand the term "prey" and also for a brief moment, "pray"

Paul Stewart has now come forward and said he was abused by another coach, who can't be named for legal reasons. I suspect this is going to be bigger than the BBC paedo ring.

Another lower league player came forward yesterday about Bennell......this is going to go deep.

City now launching investigation into this twat's associations with the club before he got convicted. One of my sanctimonious priest teachers is currently in prison for abusing kids and he wasn't the one you'd have wondered about at the time. How many of these cunts were there and how many are still up to it?
