Have bridges been mended with his inclusion and will we see more of him over the course of the season? Or was he just put in the shop window to remind suitors he can still play?

When his passing game is on, which it was yesterday, he sees options so quickly and makes passes so accurately, it is beautiful to watch. Still ambles around looking for space rather than pressing, mind, so it'll be interesting to see if or how he figures in Pep's plans against teams that offer more in midfield.
