Not heard about our "Holistic" approach for a little now. It was never really explained what it was.

I am wondering if this was it

I think it means keep buying players who can't defend. John stones has been average at best since his purchase. I fully expect more shit defenders in January.

I think i'd prefer a "Bolistic" approach where anyone making the sort of mistakes that Bravo, Stones, Kolarov, Navas and numerous others do on a regular approach get shot...in the head.

This is our biggest test since the takeover.

Our owners wanted Pep from day one.

Mancini has been our best Manager for years and looking at it now we should have never got rid.

It will take time for Pep , we might not make top 4 this year.

Next Season is the big one for me , but I am sure all those with the rabid dog media will be loving this.

This. People said the players turned their back on him in the end. The ones that did aren't here anymore. It was a huge mistake getting rid in my opinion. He could have built something fantastic.

Did you realise that pellers won 3 trophies in 3 seasons and qualified for the knockout stages in the champs league (something Roberto didn't) in each season including s semi final. Yes Mancini brought us success but thought worth jogging what seems to be a lapse in your recent memory.

Stop it ! He had Robertos team.

Did you notice that Roberto would surprise us with different suits and haircuts ? not just this 'shave my head' crap because my hairline is receding ?

I was a big Mancini fan but don't give me that shit. Pellers reignited city he gave edin and nasri the confidence to express themselves in a way they hadn't for a long time, he he lost tevez and ballo and brought in negredo and navas and revitalized the squad, the net result being that he won the league and the league cup in his first season.

Judging from what he said post-match on the BBC, Pep thinks it is a matter of player 'mentality' rather than their inability to play the way he wants.

Poppycock. He is committed to one system (with enigmatic variations) that just isn't working against most teams in the Prem for staggeringly obvious reasons.

Again stop !

Edin and Samir already had it

Edin in particular already had it from his Bundesliga days.

All squads are revitalised when a new manager comes in .

They had it but had lost their way the new manager put them back on track, I've said it you've acknowledged it but still want to credit the previous manager for that - strange. You've also chosen to ignore the other changes i referred to which had a significant impact on the season but nevermind.

More like holy shitic approach.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?
